Pineapple Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 50ml Crusty Juggler Pineapple Rum

  • 1 barspoon (1/2 teaspoon) Pedro Ximenez sherry

  • 6 dashes orange bitters

Method

Add the Rum, sherry and bitters to a mixing jug.

Add a scoop of ice and stir for 10 seconds

Pour, into a rocks glass over a giant ice cube and garnish with a bourbon cherry.
