Jugglers Revenge

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Crusty Juggler Rum

  • 15ml Lime juice

  • 50ml Passionfruit puree

  • 25ml vanilla syrup

  • 25ml egg white

  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters

Method:

  • Shake hard, and serve in a short tiki glass over crushed ice.

  • Garnish with a passionfruit slice and a few dashes of aromatic bitters.
